How to Create Your Own Gift Basket

Use the navigation menu on the left of the website( see image below) to pick the section you wish to view by clicking on the name of the desired category.
*NB You must select a Basket or Box, and add it to to your shopping cart. You can do this after you've added your selected gift items or before you add them to your shopping cart. If you forget to add a Gift Basket or Box, a charge of £12.50 will be added at the checkout stage. We regret that we are unable to sell items on an individual basis

Once your looking at your desired category you will see the relevant products (more products can be viewed by using the scroll bar or mouse to scroll down the page) If you wish to add a certain product to your shopping cart click the "Add to cart" button. If you wish to read more about the product or see a bigger picture before adding it to your shopping cart click the "More Information" button

Repeat steps 1 & 2 until you have a cart full of all the items you need to make the perfect Gift Basket. To check what you have in your cart at anytime just look at the pale brown box on the right hand side of your screen or click the shooping cart link(Picture Below)

Once you've checked your shopping cart & made sure you have selected a Basket or Box click the Checkout Button(picture below)

At the first page of the checkout process if you are ordering for the first time click "New Customer"
If you have ordered a Create Your Own Gift Basket before just log in with your details

In the Billing address section enter your address - the package is not sent to this address!

In the Shippping address section enter the address you wish the Gift Basket to be delivered. Please use the 'Find Address' button beside the postcode field to verify your address. Any address which does not have a postcode e.g. An Irish Address just enter 0000 in the postcode field and fill in the address as normal.

In the Shipping Method stage select the desired shipping method by checking the box beside the desired option. Then select the desired delivery date by clicking the calender icon and selecting the date. Then Type your personal gift message to the recipient in the gift box message.

In the Payment Information section select the desired method of payment(for paypal payments you will be directed to the paypal wesite after the last step of the chekcout) Fill in the approriate details for payment.

In the order review check that all of the order details are correct and if they are click "Place Order"
If anything is wrong you can click the back link on any of the checkout pages or click on the title Headers e.g. to change part of the shipping address click on the shipping address title(Picture Below)
