We offer a variety of cheeses including soft Bries, delectable Blues and harder flavoursome cheddars from the Causeway Coast along with a variety of other cheeses from the British Isles. Fivemiletown is a cooperative of farmers based in the small village of Fivemiletown. They combine their milk to produce a constant stream of fabulous cheeses for export throughout Europe. They have produced for us beautifully packaged gift products for inclusions in our gift basket. Winner of an exceptional taste award for their BallyOak cheese, we are confident that their quality will be recognised upon tasting. Our cheddars originate from county Antrim and are innovatively wax wrapped in bright colours to reflect the flavours they represent. Perfect as a gift, they come in Traditional Mature Cheddar, Herb and Garlic, Orange & Blackpepper and Dulse with the dulse being sourced from kelp from the Irish Sea.
